Building on the experience gained through Instincts Training, we have established Creating Safer Futures CIC to extend our work into community-focused education, prevention and partnership.
Creating Safer Futures is a Community Interest Company, established with a clear social purpose: to help prevent harm, build confidence and empower people and communities to make safer choices.
Our work focuses on areas including personal safety, violence prevention, healthy relationships, safeguarding, early intervention and community resilience.
How does it work alongside Instincts?
Creating Safer Futures CIC and Instincts Training are separate organisations with different purposes, but they share a common commitment to helping people stay safer.
Instincts Training continues to provide professional training, consultancy and personal safety education.
Creating Safer Futures CIC focuses on community benefit, prevention projects, education and partnership working, including work with schools, young people and community organisations.
Where appropriate, the two organisations can work alongside each other, bringing together experience, knowledge and practical expertise.

By giving people the knowledge, confidence and practical skills to recognise risk, understand behaviour and make informed choices, we can help create safer individuals, safer relationships and stronger communities.
